The following criteria are used in identifying commercial properties for acquisition, rehabilitation, and re-sale.  These criteria re-enforce The Marc Hrisko Group’s goal of acquiring properties with instant equity.

General Criteria 

• Various capitalization rates depending on cash requirements, appreciation potential and property.  Price range: generally $1,000,000-$10,000,000.
• Bank Owned complexes in need of complete rehabilitation
• Properties that have been damaged from fire and/or natural disaster

 Property Criteria  

1. Multi-family residential apartments

2. Mobile Home Parks

3. Complete Rehabilitation Projects

4. New Development

5. Minimum size – 30+ units

6. Age – any age
