The Marc Hrisko Group will use a variety of exit strategies to maximize the investment.  The exit strategies can range from buy and hold, rehab and refinance, and/or buy and sell.

Once a project is stabilized (rehabilitated) a key ingredient is successful management.  The Marc Hrisko Group does extensive research and only uses the best property management companies in each area.  Property Management companies are picked based on their credentials, interview results, and experience.    

Additionally, these skilled property management professionals work closely with the experienced accountants and attorneys that work for The Marc Hrisko Group.  There are monthly conference calls with all partners, property management companies, and accountants.   

All invested capital is protected by the immediate equity upon purchase. This equity results in higher cash flow and returns for all partners and affiliates.
